  • How are coaching sessions conducted?

    Coaching sessions are scheduled through the website, starting with your free kick-off call. At the time of your appointment, you will call Kate at the phone number provided. Zoom and in-person options are available upon request.

  • How do I decide which program is right for me?

    The coaching process begins for everyone with a free kick-off call. During the kick-off call we will discuss your goals and what you hope to gain from participating in coaching. From there, we will determine which program best fits your needs.

  • Do you offer packages or payment plans?

    Yes, for the leadership development, business development bootcamp and one-on-one coaching programs a 10 % discount is offered when you pay for the full package.

  • Is there a cancellation policy?

    All sessions can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the client is responsible for paying in full.

  • What is the coaching process like?

    Coaching is different for everyone, as each program is designed for the individual. However, the typical process consists of four phases: reflection, discovery, strategy, and implementation.

  • How are the team development workshops structured?

    The team development workshops are curated to meet the needs of your organization. We will begin with interviews and/or surveys to determine focal areas for the workshops based on these assessments.
